We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all Paddle eNVy orders.
At this time, Paddle eNVy ships within Australia & Metro Manila only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Express Delivery
Express shipping is available within Australia at checkout for an additional fee.
Express delivery is estimated at 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on location.
Express shipping costs may vary depending on your delivery address and the number of paddles ordered. The exact express fee will be shown at checkout before payment.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated (including pre-orders).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Standard delivery: 3–8 business days from dispatch.
Express delivery: 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, or events outside our control.
PRE-ORDER
For pre-order items, estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page.
Shipping timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not from the order date.

Regional Limitations
We currently ship across Australia and only to Metro Manila, Philippines. Please note that remote island territories or high-risk zones may have restricted delivery options or extended lead times.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order.

Paddle eNVy is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Damaged on Arrival
We take great care in packaging our mystery blind boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your paddle arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the shipping box and the damaged product immediately. Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement claim.
