Blind Box Sales – Final

 

All blind box purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you receive a character you did not prefer. The surprise is part of the experience.

Please purchase only if you are comfortable receiving any design from the collection

If your paddle arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery for transit damage

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery for manufacturing defects

• Provide clear photos and your order number If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. We may require the item to be returned before processing a refund or replacement.

This warranty applies to genuine manufacturing defects only.

If your paddle has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assess the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from gameplay

• Surface scuffs, edge guard wear, or grit texture wear

• Damage caused by impact with the ground, fences, or other paddles

• Misuse, modification, or improper storage
